1. Shipping Locations

  • We offer pan-India delivery to ensure our customers receive their orders across the country.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Dispatch Time: Once processed, orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days, subject to product availability.

  • Made-to-Order & Custom Products: These may require additional processing time depending on design complexity. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days after dispatch

  • Remote Areas & Villages: 7–10 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges & Payment Methods

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges may apply as displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available with a flat shipping charge of ₹100.

  • Partial COD: Partial COD orders incur an additional charge ranging between ₹100–₹200, depending on the order value.

All applicable shipping and COD charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment through our website or the courier partner’s tracking page.

6. Undelivered & Lost Shipments

  • In case of lost shipments, we will assist in coordinating with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is received in a damaged condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with a clear unboxing video as proof.

  • We will review the case and initiate a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
