1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
A clear unboxing or product issue video is mandatory for verification.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Requests raised after 3 days of delivery.
Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or wear after delivery.
Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences.
Products that are customized or personalized.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are available for approved return requests.
Refunds will be initiated only after successful verification of the provided video evidence.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within the standard processing period.

3. Shipping & Verification

Customers may be required to self-ship the product as per the instructions provided after approval.
In cases where the issue is confirmed as a seller or shipping error, applicable shipping charges will be covered by Dakshaa Collections.
